We are proud of our impeccable track record; to date, we have meticulously planned, managed and delivered over 70 premium quality properties aggregating 7 million square feet of developments. We plan to further amplify our business success by expanding our resources and strengthening our overall capability to efficiently complete the 10 million square feet in our development pipeline while creating new opportunities for the future.
Many firsts to our name
We pride ourselves on being pioneers in Telangana’s growing real estate market, having delivered many landmark projects in the cities of Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Khammam and Tirupathi. In 1995, we successfully delivered Hyderabad’s first ever gated community development known as Brundavan Estates. In 1999, we developed the first commercial complex in the Kukatpally area, known as Padmavathi Plaza.

Mr Ananda Prasad founded BCPL in 1991 and has guided the progress and expansion of the group ever since. He currently serves as the company’s Chairman, responsible for driving strategy, business expansion and leading our team of over 200 dedicated professionals in line with his principles of trust, integrity, accountability and relationship building.
Before founding BCPL, Anand worked with Sagar Cements Limited for over eight years. He successfully led the company’s expansion plans and gained recognition for his leadership, relationship building and project management capabilities.
Earlier in his career, he served as a Design Engineer for Associated Glass Industries, gaining hands-on design and quality control experience.
Mr Aditya is the son of Mr Ananda Prasad and the Managing Director of BCPL. The dynamic duo of father and son at the company’s helm complement each other’s roles. Anand provides strategic direction and overall leadership, while Aditya ensures the company’s goals are realized through careful execution and consistent performance.
Aditya oversees the day to day operations of the company and projects, taking full responsibility for acquiring new business and delivering existing projects to high-quality standards. He is actively involved in motivating the company’s designers, engineers, contractors, and staff to work efficiently and timely, fostering customer satisfaction. He is actively engaged in building valuable relationships with all stakeholders in the sector, including relevant authorities, municipal bodies, investors, strategic partners, agents and property owners etc.
Aditya is a graduate of Civil Engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, a leading Engineering Institute in Hyderabad. He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Southern California, USA.
Mrs Krishna Kumari is a Director of BCPL, playing a supervisory role in the company’s administrative, marketing, and finance functions.
